FAQ

Why weekly and quarterly payments?

Quarterly pricing lets entrepreneurs economically iterate on their idea long-term, whereas weekly pricing is great for those who just want to quickly see if an idea works.

I don't have my own domain, what domain will my site have?

NicheTester will give you a subdomain on your choice of a range of stealthy domains - don't worry, it won't be yoursite.nichetester.com!

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course - you can cancel at any time via the admin screen. You'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period.

Do I need to enter my payment details for the trial?

No payment details are necessary.

What's included in the trial?

The trial allows you to create a NicheTester site with full access to all the tools, but you won't be able to publish it until you've signed up for a plan.

Where do the sites run?

NicheTester sites are hosted in the cloud on AWS (Amazon Web Services), with all static assets delivered via Cloudfront, a worldwide Content Delivery Network.

Can I upgrade/downgrade plans/billing periods?

Sure - usually you'll have to wait until the end of your current billing period, except if you upgrade to a higher plan, which is instant.
